Wild baby turkeys are born in late spring. At the start of raspberry season they have grown big enough to adventure out with their protective mothers and aunties in search of delicious treats. On the farm, their favorite destination is the raspberry patch. A parade of young turkeys marches across the hay fields in the early morning toward the bright red raspberry patch. The babies grab hold of a cane in their little beaks and shake it to make the fruit fall. Little baby bandits.
